Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at 30 Irving! Here's everything you need to know about our return policy:
1. Eligibility
If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return items within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
2. Initiating a Return
To start a return, please contact us at pierce@nooloo.store. Include your order number and reason for the return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
3. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part (like receiving a defective or incorrect item). In those cases, we'll cover return shipping costs.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return conditions, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are credited back to your original payment method.
5. Exchanges
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item or size, please follow our return procedure and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please let us know right away by contacting pierce@nooloo.store. Include a photo and your order details, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
7. Exceptions
Customized or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
